		<description>I just wanted to say that this is completely false, juicing is much better. You get rid of the whole digestion process by juicing, meaning that its in a form your body can naturally absorb, with blending you still have to digest all the fiber which yes you get more fiber but thats not what your going for when you are juicing. Juicing oxidizes faster because of the lack of fiber.  Also your experiment with the potato is flawed, you added a cup of water to the blended potato, to be completely fair you should have also added a cup of water to the juiced potato as well, the water would delute the potato slurry and would slow down oxidation.</description>

I too am in the process of deciding which is better but your example holds no merit since you mentioned that potatoes do not turn brown when peeled or put into water. Yet you added water to the blender. Of course it won&#039;t turn brown.</description>
