		<description>These are great ideas!  I especially love the advice of just remembering to be a good example.  That goes a long way! I found that just drinking green smoothies myself makes my kids want them, although I have made quite a few that they didn&#039;t like. In order for my kids to drink them, they have to be very fruity. If it&#039;s tasty enough even my son who is very picky will drink a full 8 oz. smoothie.  But the green color deterred even me at first, so I can understand how at first it&#039;s a little strange. 
I love it when I hear my 6 year old encouraging other people to try a green smoothie!</description>
