The past three days I’ve drastically increased the amount of greens in my smoothies…and…MY CRAVINGS TURNED OFF. Just stopped. Bang. They’re just gone.

I’ve now decreased the amount of fruit I was eating, and am finally losing weight!

BROADCAST THIS INFORMATION TO THE WORLD! Do you know how exciting this is? To have long-standing, strong cravings just vanish after years of cravings hell???!!! There are millions just like me, who’ve suffered cravings hell. This is the solution! Thank you, Victoria,for a wonderful book!

    Ayesha – You can find some recipes on this blog. A simple one to start with is something like 1 mango, 1 cup Kale, 1 cup water. As a guide the ratio is usually 60% fruit mixed with 40% organic greens and one or two cups of water. Most green smoothie drinkers end up using a vitamix but you can use a simple blender to get you started.

    On this site there are also some articles you may find useful in the ‘green smoothie questions’ category. There is also a link the a green smoothie forum where many people post and answer questions. The Raw Family Web site has lots of free information. If you are interested in the health benefits of green you may find it helpful to read ‘Green for Life’ by Victoria Boutenko.

    thanks for the reply :) how many cups of greens do you out in yours? and how many cups did you have before you increased them? were cravings more string when you had less greens? thanks :) xx
