Twelve years ago I got married for the second time. Without my glasses I could not see the details of my husband's face even when he was only a foot away from me. In our marriage he has taught me the value of GREENS! I admit that now I really enjoy them when earlier I didn't. Even though my vision is far from perfect, now I see much more detail than I was capable of before. Thank you, GREENS! At age 62 I have worn glasses for sixty of those years. My glasses weren't working too well for me anymore and my father came up with the idea of looking for car licence plate numbers in order 000 - 999. Boring game, but after a few months, I noticed that my vision was much better. Also, excercise for your eyes works too.
