Last week one of our readers shared this fantastic raw soup recipe. Please enjoy this creation from Hsiaoya and two other raw soup recipes with a focus on greens.
Cilantomatro Soup
3 cups of tomato,
1 bunch of cilantro
1 large clove of garlic
Half a peeled lemon (add more if desired)
2 stalks of celery (optional)

Raw Family Green Soup
3 leaves of chard
1 stalk of celery
Half a bunch fresh parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
1 large avocado
2 cups of water
Add water as needed and blend to desired consistency. We like to use dulse leaves, grated carrots, grated cauliflower, and sprouts to our bowl of soup.

Orange Aid
2 cups of arugula
Half an orange
2 oranges, peeled and seeded
1 clove of garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper, or t taste
Blend and pour into a bowl. Add half avocado in chunks.
