Reversing Osteoporosis Naturally

5 Comments 02 November 2010

I believe that our human body is a miraculous healer. Sometimes we think that only medical treatments and drugs can heal our deficiencies and illnesses, but are we really deficient in any drugs or chemicals? If anything in the world can heal our organism, it is our body.

I am thankful to Valya for videotaping the following testimonial and I appreciate this woman’s courage to give green smoothies a try, to heal and to share her success story with the world.

Together we can find the truth!

Enjoy:

Love, Victoria

    Hello Victoria,
I have a question that is not related to this blog post. I hope you don’t mind.
Does broccoli in the sprout form still contain goitrogens?
    Thanks,
    Louise

Dear Debbie, She was drinking a variety of greens in her smoothies, and in this case she consumes 2 quarts a day. This article may give you some inspiration for the greens to chose from http://greensmoothiesblog.com/green-smoothie-rotate/

Another advanced osteo case here, mine due to thyroid antibodies attacking body. This video helpful and also that Igor’s goiter improved w/o surgery. Learning about ingesting 2 qts daily was also useful. I’ll have to up my intake and look at some of the recipes. I keep coming back to Bounteko materials. Thanks and my aloha to y’all!
